A Definite
My patio home in Highgate Subdivision, built by Walker Homes, was purchased by me as a rental/investment property. Because of the quality of the home and subdivision I have not had any difficulty renting the property and maintenance issues have been nonexistent. This one is definitely a “keeper”.
